Guest previously held the position of chairman of Source Insurance, and had held the managing director position at the company between 2004 and 2022, before stepping into senior roles elsewhere in the insurance industry.
He now returns to Source Insurance as they undertake 'an ambitious growth plan', including strengthening their proposition, continuing ongoing technological transformation, and diversifying distribution channels.
