The Surrey-based provider, which now supports more than 100 corporate clients and over 200,000 members, has named Matthew Wilson as IT Programme Director and Sarah Taylor as Director of Corporate Proposition. Holly Reoch has also been promoted internally to the role of Marketing Director, joining the company’s Executive Team.

Wilson joins from Simplyhealth, bringing over 25 years of experience in transformation and technology leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the development of Healix’s next-generation claims management system and lead efforts to enhance digital services for clients and members.

Taylor, meanwhile, moves to Healix from AXA Health, where she spent over 15 years developing healthcare products and clinical pathways. Her focus will be on expanding Healix’s health and wellbeing proposition and refining care pathways to deliver better accessibility and outcomes.

Reoch, who joined Healix earlier this year as Head of Marketing, has more than two decades of experience in brand strategy across financial services and healthcare. As Marketing Director, she will continue to build the Healix brand and strengthen relationships with brokers and corporate clients.

Chief executive Ian Talbot (pictured) described the appointments as a key step in Healix’s evolution as it enters its next phase of growth.

“These appointments come at an exciting time for Healix, with new services being rolled out, including our enhanced cancer support pathway, and a refreshed brand launching soon,” Talbot said. “As we grow, having the right people in place is key to helping more UK businesses deliver high-quality, personalised care for every employee.

“After 25 years, we’re still proud to be the UK’s leading healthcare trust administrator, and I know Matt, Sarah, and Holly will play a big part in helping us build on that success – creating healthcare trusts that deliver better outcomes for employees.”
