iPipeline has appointed Ben Grant as vice president of sales and marketing for iPipeline UK & Europe.
Ben will lead a newly combined sales and marketing organisation, responsible for devising and executing go-to-market strategies and spearheading the launch of a new customer success function.
Ben brings extensive leadership experience across sales, customer success, marketing and partner ecosystems across the financial services and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as managing director at TP24, where he built and led a lending-as-a-service (LaaS) proposition. Previously, Ben has held senior leadership roles across fintech and insurtech, including commercial director roles for Aronova and Finverity.
Rachel Edwards, managing director UK at iPipeline, commented: “Ben’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for iPipeline. His proven ability to align commercial strategy with customer needs, combined with his deep understanding of the fintech and financial services markets, makes him the ideal leader to drive our next phase of growth. By uniting our sales and marketing under his leadership and introducing a dedicated customer success function, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional value and service to our partners.”
Ben Grant said: “I am thrilled to lead this newly combined team at iPipeline. Our mission is clear, to help secure more financial futures, and our reputation is second to none in our sector. I’ve been blown away by the welcome I’ve received by a focused, passionate organisation. A reception which has been mirrored by the partners I’ve met so far. I can’t wait to meet more in the coming weeks.
“By integrating sales, marketing, and customer success, we will create a seamless experience that drives growth for our clients and for iPipeline.”
