Peter Le Beau, Christine Husbands, and Phil Jeynes have been appointed as Directors of the Income Protection Taskforce (IPTF). They join Jo Miller and Vicky Churcher on the newly formed Board, which will provide oversight and governance to the organisation.

“We have ambitious plans for 2025 and while we’re enthusiastic to get going, we’re aware of the need to be accountable to members and provide value in what we do. The Board will help to challenge our strategy and provide a layer of scrutiny for our activities going forward. We’re looking forward to their input,” Jo said.

Alongside an expanded Board, the IPTF will now work with various associates to inform their work, including Matthew Chapman, The Protection Coach, Stevie Arnoldi from Sea Studios who will lead content production, and Tracey Boyd from Mortgage Hub Expert who’ll assist with coordinating activities for the 7Advisers and Ambassadors working with the IPTF.

Commenting on this appointment, Peter said that when he formed the IPTF back in 2005, “it was my very real hope that it would help to lead the way in raising awareness of the need for Income Protection (IP). I’m delighted to be able to continue contributing to this cause as part of the Board.”

Likewise, Christine is “delighted to contribute to the work of the IPTF Board and grateful that working part-time for RedArc now allows me to draw on my extensive Board experience to volunteer and give back to an industry that I feel so passionately about.”

“Both personal and professional experience has made me a strong advocate for IP. I’m honoured to be joining such prestigious company on the IPTF Board and hope that my energy and enthusiasm will help to build on the great work the team have done to date in growing awareness and sales of this vital group of products,” Phil concluded.
