"We’re dedicated to supporting advisers with solutions that help them best serve their customers and look forward to seeing the benefits that Referral Pro can bring."
- Clare Beardmore, Director of Director of Distribution & Mortgage Club at L&G Mortgage Services

Legal & General (L&G) Mortgage Club’s Referral Pro tool will dramatically expand the range of services available to advisers wishing to support customers with General Insurance (GI), Protection, Will & Trusts, Specialist Property or Health Insurance, Emergency Home Cover, and a broad range of specialist lending. The tool offers access to a range of trusted partners.

The Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Consumer Duty means advisers must consider all options for their clients to enable their financial goals, or at least refer them to a specialist when they’re unable to advise the customer directly.

“In the age of Consumer Duty, it’s essential that advisers provide a holistic view of the products and services available to a customer to suit their individual needs,” explained Clare Beardmore, Director of Director of Distribution & Mortgage Club at L&G Mortgage Services. She believes this Referral Pro will help advisers ensure they can refer customers to the solution they need, “allowing advisers to say yes to more requests.”
