Katherine joined LV= in 2012 as a Finance Manager, moving from Friends Provident where she served as a Financial Planning & Performance Analyst for over two years. Since then, she’s worked in various roles at LV=, most recently operating as Managing Director of Protection, Savings & Retirement.
In her new role, Katherine will lead the investment, protection and retirement business as well as continue to build momentum around its diverse range of products. She will also join the Executive Team with immediate effect.
David Hynam, CEO of LV=, expressed his delight at the appointment, explaining that her “experience and commitment to deliver the best possible outcomes for our members, advisers and colleagues is a fantastic addition to my Executive Team.” He believes she will play a “key role” in continuing to grow its thriving Life and Pensions business as well as build on the success of LV= Platform Services, recently launched new Lifestyle Equity Release products and a transition to BlackRock as Primary Asset Manager.
Katherine said “LV= is an incredibly dynamic place to be, with a great values-driven culture that puts members and advisers first in everything we do.” She’s looking forward to contributing to its future growth, prioritising her work with the teams across investment, protection, and retirement to drive the success of LV’s diverse product offering.
