Prior to this appointment, Richard Horner served as Head of Individual Protection at MetLife UK following several promotions from Business Development Manager (BDM) of Financial Institutions. In the past, he’s held various management positions across the industry.
In his new role, Richard will lead the delivery of key strategic programs to enable the provider to achieve its ambitious transformation strategy. He will ensure alignment of initiatives, foster a culture of innovation, and remove barriers to progress in business growth.
Meanwhile, Adrian Matthews previously served as Head of Employee Benefits UK & Europe at MetLife UK following a promotion from Chief Finance Officer of the UK Branch. He will now take on the role of UK Deputy General Manager.
Over the last two decades, Adrian has worked as Finance Director at Capita Life & Pensions, Finance Director at Unisys, and Financial Controller at Old Mutual.
