Prior to this appointment, Jo Pawson served as a network business development manager (BDM) at John Charcol. In the past, she has also worked as a BDM at Aon, national account manager at YuLife, and senior key account support manager at AXA Wealth, amongst others.
In her new role, Jo will be responsible for overseeing New Leaf Distribution’s protection business, provider relationships, and adviser training.
“I’m delighted to be joining New Leaf Distribution as head of protection. Having known the team for almost a decade, I’ve always admired the way they run the network.
