Prior to this appointment, Bharat Raj served as Associate Director at Grant Thornton. During his career, spanning twenty years, he’s also worked at Munich Re, Liberty Mutual, Chubb, WTW, and Royal & Sun Alliance.
In his new role, Bharat will be responsible for OAC’s Lloyd’s and London Markets, leading a team of actuarial, risk, finance, and modelling experts to deliver solutions to OAC’s clients. He will also oversee OAC’s software and intellectual property development initiatives.
Darren Richards, CEO at OAC, said this appointment will “bolster OAC’s proposition considerably, especially within the Lloyd’s and London markets as we continue to grow and expand into different verticals.”

This appointment follows Kathyn Moore’s as Head of Personal Lines in October 2023, demonstrating OAC’s ongoing commitment to outstanding service in the non-life consulting market.
