"Shamira brings an exceptional combination of clinical understanding, commercial expertise and strategic leadership to lead a clear plan for growth."
- Donald Fowler - Onebright Group
Onebright Group has announced the appointment of Shamira Graham as managing director of Mindstep, the digital-first mental health company it acquired in July.
This comes as the business aims to expand access to preventative and personalised mental health and neurodevelopmental support.
Graham will hold the position alongside her existing role as chief commercial officer at Onebright Mental Health. She will lead Mindstep’s executive team, strategy, commercial development and operational performance.
Onebright says its ambition is to provide more connected pathways, helping people access support earlier and move into the right level of care as their needs change. For clients and partners, this means a more connected proposition spanning prevention, assessment and treatment.
Graham has over 25 years’ experience in mental health research, clinical practice and commercial leadership. Onebright notes that her dual role aims to help align Mindstep’s development with the wider Group’s expertise and commercial strategy.

"Bringing Mindstep and Onebright Mental Health closer together makes strategic sense," Donald Fowler, CEO of Onebright Group Ltd., said.
"It creates an opportunity to combine Mindstep’s digital-first access and personalised support with Onebright Mental Health’s clinical expertise, connecting services around the needs of the individual rather than expecting people to navigate them alone.
"Shamira brings an exceptional combination of clinical understanding, commercial expertise and strategic leadership to lead a clear plan for growth. She understands both what makes care effective and what it takes to build services that meet the needs of clients and partners."
Shamira Graham added: "Mindstep’s strength is its combination of clinical expertise, digital tools and human support to make personalised mental health and neurodevelopmental care more accessible, while creating a scalable platform for growth.
"My priority is to work with the exceptional Mindstep team to build strong partnerships, developing effective care pathways and combining digital tools with human support. We want to deliver services that work for the organisations we partner with and, above all, the people who use them."
