This series of road shows is part of Pink’s ongoing training programme provided quarterly as part of the member’s package of benefits.
Mark Graves, Pink sales director, says:
“The advisers in Pink have embraced the importance of selling protection to their clients and it is an outstanding achievement that in February they completed more life sales than has ever been achieved before in Pink.
“Our workshops throughout the last year have been about the importance of protecting your client and how to master the softer sales skills necessary to sell protection which differ from those needed to write mortgage business, so it is very satisfying to see that our members embracing this knowledge and putting what they have learned into action.
“Pink is all about ensuring our members’ businesses succeed, so these latest figures are extremely encouraging. We can see that we are providing effective training and support and the members are getting real value from this.”
Louise Colley, Head of Protection Sales & Marketing at Aviva, who were key presenters at the road shows comments:
“We are not surprised by these figures as they are reflective of our own recent results with Pink. The increase in sales clearly demonstrates that Pink’s ongoing strategy of adviser training and development is just what its members want and need. Through a focused execution Pink is delivering exceptional results.”
The next season of Pink road shows begin in April, when members can attend sales skills workshops.
