According to AXA UK, women are significantly underrepresented in these departments. This partnership represents an important step towards advancing diversity and addressing gender imbalances within data & technology roles.
AXA UK’s workforce will have access to various events organised by Women in Data, such as lunch & learn webinars and member meetings delivered by partner companies. Employees will also have the opportunity to feature in the Women in Data Partner Spotlight community, and job vacancies at AXA UK will be advertised on its job board – improving recruitment efforts.
