The Protection Distributors Group (PDG) has announced Quilter Financial Planning, part of Quilter, as a new member.
This brings the total number of PDG members to 27.
Quilter says that its origins are firmly in protection, having started as a life insurance company back in the 1770s.
"Protection is an area I’m hugely passionate about, and I’m delighted to represent Quilter within the PDG," Rachel Trundle, head of adviser relationships mortgage and protection network at Quilter Financial Planning, said.
"There is a real opportunity for us to work collectively across the industry, share insight and use our combined influence to improve engagement with protection and ultimately help more people achieve greater financial resilience."
