Life insurance broker Reassured has announced a strategic partnership with data and AI specialist FOIL AI, as the former aims to become data-led using advanced analytics and AI.
Over an initial nine-month period, FOIL AI has worked with Reassured to assess and unify fragmented customer data, combining structured application data with unstructured insights from customer calls.
The partnership claims that it will use AI-driven segmentation to support customers' needs as they evolve over their lifetimes, deliver more bespoke customer journeys, and strengthen post-sale engagement through targeted, relevant communications.
Reassured will also use AI to analyse medical data alongside insights from call transcripts, with the aim of identifying potential areas of risk where information may have been missed or misunderstood.
Through FOIL AI’s two-year talent programme, Reassured is also aiming to embed specialist AI and data expertise into its teams, designed to increase analytics bandwidth while transferring skills in-house.
