
Benton will be responsible for Reassured's customer strategy, including designing an end-to-end customer engagement programme; overseeing the use of AI and analytics in customer journeys; and the evolution of Reassured's product offering.
Benton - who co-founded Reassured - previously held the role of chief operating officer and will continue to oversee customer outcomes and quality assurance, among other functions, in her new role.
