Prior to this appointment, Zoe Odusina was on a career break, spending value time raising her daughter. Over the years, she’s served as Operations Director at Compre Group following a promotion from Head of Claims Operations, and Head of Operational Motor Claims at RSA Insurance following several promotions from Customer Service Adviser which was her first role in Financial Services.
In her new role, Zoe will report to Mark Townsend, CEO of Reassured, and join the senior leadership team. She’ll be responsible for the oversight and implementation of a number of important people-focused projects and initiatives, including its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, employee value proposition, employee benefits such as hybrid working policies, and Reassured’s wider contribution to the community & charity.
