Vitality has announced that it has appointed Sarah Kirby as Chief People Officer, who will join the organisation on March 1st and replace Judy Parfitt, who will retire at the end of June.
Judy, who has been at Vitality for eight years, will work alongside Sarah until June to ensure a smooth transition.
Sarah's new role will see her managing all aspects of the People and Property function for Vitality, including human resources, talent management, employee communication and engagement, and management of property and facilities.
Sarah brings with her extensive experience, having held the role of Group HR Chief Operations Officer at Zurich, previously having been Global Head of Group HR Strategy, Organisation Development, and Transformation. Additionally, Sarah, has held HR Director and other senior roles at HSBC and a number of other financial institutions.
