Prior to this appointment, Beth Alahakoon served as Operations Manager at Mercer. She’s also worked as Business Development Manager (BDM) for Telebusiness at Jelf following several promotions from Administrator.
In her new role, Beth will lead the delivery of operational excellence across Towergate Health & Protection, ensuring colleague and customer voices are listened to as well as maintaining a balance between efficiency, optimum business outcomes, and regulatory standards. She’ll work closely with Manjula Gowda, Head of Change, and stakeholders from across the business.
“The company has seen recent growth with investment in new roles like my own, along with Kate Kilpatrick being appointed as Head of Marketing, and Andy Samuel as Chief Technology Officer,” she explained.
