Replacing Nuffield Health’s Doctor Care Everywhere, HealthHero’s GoGP will allow new customers to access remote GP appointments directly from their personalised dashboard once a policy has been purchased. Policyholders will have the option of male or female doctors (where available) and flexibility of the date/time they’ll be seen.
This new service includes remote consultations with over 220 GMC & IMC registered GPs, unlimited 24/7/365 availability for phone appointments, unlimited video consultations from 8am-10pm throughout the year (excluding Christmas Day), access to medical specialists, as well as private prescriptions (fee applies), referral letters, and fit notes.
All clinical services comply with the GMC’s Best Practice Guidelines, with annual audits and biannual peer reviews.
Eleos told Protection Reporter that it wanted to give its customers “instant access to GP services and provide them with a more user-friendly experience. This wasn’t possible with our previous provider, Nuffield Health’s Doctor Care Everywhere.”
