AXA XL joins over forty-six companies, accounting for more than 60% of the insurance market according to the Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment & Neurodiversity (GAIN). It seeks to broaden its mission to advance diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) across its global workforce.
This addition underscores GAIN’s recent success with its flagship campaign, #CountMeIn which has called on industry leaders to actively participate in creating accessible & supportive work environments for neurodivergent professionals.
