HL Partnership (HLP) was founded in 2001 as one of the first networks dedicated to mortgage and protection adviser firms.
Ian Pratt joins the teams from Legal & General with a wealth of knowledge, having received his protection grounding at AMP Pearl. Prior to this appointment, Pratt was involved with recruitment, sales, and skills management having worked as a strategic manager for the last six years.
Pratt will be joining former L&G colleague, Steve Fallon, to develop the network’s protection support for its members. This will assist member firms through training and ongoing support to develop protection business alongside their primary mortgage proposition to clients.
