Prior to this appointment, Suzy Esson served as Chief Operations Officer at Holloway Friendly following several promotions from Head of Operations. Last year, Suzy was appointed as Holloway Friendly’s new Executive Director of the Board.

In the past, she’s also worked as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Claims & Underwriting Specialist Services at Capita Life & Pensions, following several promotions from Senior Claims Technician, as well as a Senior Claims Assessor at Lincoln Financial Group.
In her new role, Suzy will be responsible for leading The Exeter’s customer service teams, including underwriting and claims, as well as its change teams. Her immediate focus will be to build upon the recent launch of its multi-benefit protection platform.
Suzy will also sit on both The Exeter’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
