Prior to this appointment, Charlie Goodman served as Director at Good Money Guidance. In the past, he’s also worked as Director of Workplace Financial Wellbeing at the Institute for Financial Wellbeing, Partner at the Employee Benefits Collective LLP, Employee Benefits Director at Cervello Financial Planning, and Pensions Consultant at Broadstone, amongst others.
In his new role, Charlie will support existing clients as well as drive new business across its range of employee benefit services. He will report to Mark Pugh, Head of Consulting Services at Towergate Employee Benefits.
“My main aim is to improve the financial wellbeing of our clients’ employees. I’m joining the team at an exciting time for the business and industry as a whole, so I’m very positive about making a real difference,” he said.
