The new name is being rolled out across the business, including a new website and updated branding across assets. The company said the change is intended to bring support services together in one place.
The move follows parent company Ardonagh Advisory’s transition to the Everywhen brand in May 2025. Ardonagh Advisory is the UK advisory platform of the Ardonagh Group and operates across general insurance, health and benefits, and risk management.
The Everywhen brand now covers more than 45 trading names and employs over 4,500 people across more than 100 offices in the UK. The group places more than £5bn of insurance premium on behalf of clients each year.
Iain Laws, CEO of health and employee benefits at Everywhen, said: “Becoming Everywhen symbolises the unifying of our people with a single brand, vision, and purpose. We have always stood together with our customers and clients, now we are able to stand together with the other experts within the business too, bringing everything under one umbrella and creating easy access to great expertise and support.”
Everywhen will continue to work with businesses ranging from start ups and SMEs to large corporates. Its services include healthcare benefits, pensions and financial wellbeing, global benefits, business protection, occupational health, absence management and benefits consultancy.
The firm said it will continue to use digital platforms and apps to support businesses with benefits design and management, regulatory compliance and risk identification.
Laws added: “Our clients will be supported by the same people, with the same experience, expertise and professionalism, just under a new name. Becoming Everywhen means everybody benefits.”
