The brand has been launched with a customer service focus with all call centres, based in the UK, open 7 days a week 24 hours a day with personal claims managers allocated to customers to help them through a claim process from beginning to end.
Together Mutual’s parents company is UIA who have been an industry player for over 123 years and as a mutual company Together Mutual is owned by its shareholders. The new brand has been launched with the promise to offer consumers a fair deal with their home contents policies.
