"I often talk about suits, trainers and cool tools, because a modern technology business needs all three, and these appointments add to each of them."
- Martin Schultheiss - Uinsure
Uinsure has announced appointments across its senior leadership team, including distribution, technology and finance.
Jess Jubb has been named as director of bank, building society and affinity partnerships, having led multi-product insurance partnerships at Intact (previously RSA).
Jan Marais has been appointed to the position of director of technology delivery and innovation and brings experience of over 100 AI implementations.
In addition, Andy Plowman has been appointed as director of strategic finance and FP&A, and previously held senior finance roles at Atlanta Group and Co-op.
They sit alongside Tom Doyle, who was appointed chief trading officer in October.
Uinsure says its senior team is focused on closer, more integrated partnerships with intermediaries, lenders and brands, and faster delivery of new technology.

"I often talk about suits, trainers and cool tools, because a modern technology business needs all three, and these appointments add to each of them," Martin Schultheiss, group managing director at Uinsure, said.
"Jess and Andy bring the commercial and financial leadership that keeps our growth disciplined, while Jan strengthens both our technology and our use of AI, helping our people go further and faster.
"Our partners range from mortgage intermediaries to some of the biggest banks, building societies and brands in the country, and they all expect a partner that can move at pace and deliver at scale. Alongside Tom, Jess, Jan and Andy strengthen a leadership team with a clear plan for how we grow with every partner."
