Prior to this appointment, Vikki Jefferies served as Proposition Director at PRIMIS Mortgage Network, where she was responsible for proposition from both a commercial development and regulatory perspective – including product and panel selection. She’s also worked as Proposition Director at Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd following several promotions from Senior GI Manager, and Market Development Manager at Endsleigh Insurance where she began her career in Financial Services as a Business Adviser.
In her new role, Vikki will lead Legal & General Retail’s (L&G) strategy to grow its presence and influence in the intermediated market, working closely with partners, distributors, and advisers to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions across the business.
She will focus on proposition developments, including its high-value, business protection, and core distribution propositions. Vikki will report directly to Ali Crossley, Managing Director of Distribution at L&G.
This appointment follows Jeff Woods’, Head of Intermediary Development at L&G, retirement announcement.
