Prior to this appointment, Dr Rishi Patel served as head of health services proposition at Bupa, previously head of clinical transformation, clinical innovation lead, and clinical fellow. In the past, he’s worked as a public health doctor within the NHS in both clinical and non-clinical roles across public, private, and academic sectors.
In his new role, Rishi will be responsible for Vitality’s end-to-end clinical operations function, with a focus on clinical and operational efficiency during the claims process.
