"By integrating our CQC-regulated services, we’ll provide insured members with the crucial clinical guidance and support they need during their cancer journey."
- Mark Stephenson, CEO of Reframe Cancer

This partnership will allow Zurich Corporate Risk’s Group Critical Illness (GCI) policyholders to access Reframe Cancer’s support services after receiving a new cancer diagnosis. They will be assigned a dedicated expert to access specialists and support, including (regardless of whether they have cancer) the Reframe Information Hub, which increases awareness of symptoms to encourage earlier detection.

Reframe’s cancer support service offers 28 hours of support from a dedicated team over two years. This provides guidance from a cancer nurse specialist and cancer support manager, alongside a personalised support plan. Furthermore, policyholders will have access to an online portal to connect with the support team via online chat.

Customers will have access to its Information Hub, designed to promote good health & wellbeing, which has a wide range of cancer-focused health information as well as insights on cancer symptoms to help increase awareness.

“We’re delighted to introduce our new cancer support service, provided by Reframe Cancer, for our Group Critical Illness (GCI) customers. Reframe Cancer is a leader in cancer support, and we believe customers will value the assistance they provide,” explained Nick Homer. Head of Market Management at Zurich Insurance.

He said: “Access to the cancer support service is available upon diagnosis – there’s no requirement to meet the definition for a claim – so those that need the support can access it immediately.”

Mark Stephenson, CEO of Reframe Cancer, added: “We’re proud to partner with Zurich Insurance to provide comprehensive cancer navigation and support services to their GCI customers. This collaboration is a testament to our shared dedication to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals facing cancer.

“By integrating our CQC-regulated services, we’ll provide insured members with the crucial clinical guidance and support they need during their cancer journey to support optimal patient outcomes, enhancing Private Medical Insurance (PMI) or, for the majority, NHS treatment.”
