"At Zurich, we believe that behind every successful business is a team of people who should feel supported and able to perform at their best."

Zurich UK has announced that it is celebrating three years of Zurich Club Blue by offering a free virtual GP service to its partner brokers and their employees.
In 2025, Club Blue provided over 6,700 hours of learning & development support for more than 160 UK broker members, Zurich reports.
The addition of the virtual GP service has been designed to support brokers and their teams with their wellbeing and to enable them to strengthen employee wellbeing propositions without any additional costs.
Zurich says that the enhanced virtual GP service marks a significant step forward, giving both brokers and their employees round‑the‑clock access to online GP consultations, expert medical advice and diagnosis.
Delivered in partnership with HealthHero, the service enables members to book appointments, arrange prescriptions and request referral letters 24/7.
The launch comes as UK sickness absence reaches 148.81 million lost working days annually, with poor workplace health costing employers an estimated £85 billion each year.

"Brokers are the heartland of our industry and so much more," Jacqui Kelly, head of sales and distribution for Zurich, said. "They are people building businesses, supporting clients, and navigating constant change. As their world evolves, we’re right there with them. Through Zurich Club Blue, we’re strengthening our support, so brokers can truly thrive both today and in the future.
"At Zurich, we believe that behind every successful business is a team of people who should feel supported and able to perform at their best. That’s why we’re making it easier to access the right health support at the right time. By adding physiotherapy and dietitian services, we’re helping tackle issues early, so small problems don’t become bigger ones.
"When you consider that 148 million working days are lost each year to sickness absence in the UK, and poor workplace health costs employers around £85 billion annually, this isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, livelihoods, and businesses staying strong.
"Supporting brokers and their teams in this way isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s something we genuinely care about, and I'm incredibly proud to be able to support our partner brokers with this new proposition."
