Aviva appoint Craig Fazzini-Jones as Group Chief Operating Officer

Aviva has announced the appointment of Craig Fazzini-Jones as Group Chief Operating Officer, effective from the 1st March 2025.

Prior to this appointment, Craig Fazzini-Jones served as Chief Operating Officer for Aviva’s Insurance, Wealth and Retirement business in the UK alongside his role of Non-Executive Director (NED) for Aviva Life & Pensions in Ireland.

In the past, he’s also worked as Chief Operating Officer at Canada Life UK, and Group Chief Executive Officer at Retirement Advantage following several promotions from Director & Head of Retirement, amongst others.

In his new role, Craig will be responsible for overseeing the provider’s transformation delivery as well as procurement, corporate services, and property across the group. He will also join Aviva’s Group Executive Committee. “I’m excited and honoured to be taking on this next role at such an amazing business,” he said.
