"The Body Coach app gives our customers an easily accessible resource to help them adopt healthy behaviours which could help improve their future wellbeing."
- Dr Suba M, Medical Director at Aviva UK Health

Customers purchasing Aviva’s Healthier Solutions policy between the 3rd July and 13th December 2024 will now be offered 12 months of free access to Joe Wicks’ Body Coach app (RRP £89.99) – subscriptions must be claimed within 30 days of the date on the email by registering on the dedicated webpage to access a unique code or the subscription will be void with no replacement.

Alongside over 600 workouts for all levels of fitness, including live sessions with the Body Coach team, customers will get a personalised workout plan designed to help improve their fitness and build strength. They’ll also have access to hundreds of simple, delicious recipes as well as various meal plans tailored specifically to their body and goals.

This initiative follows the recently announced partnership between Aviva, Joe Wicks & Strava to launch #MoveWithAviva, an inclusive challenge designed to help encourage the nation to take steps to improve their health & wellbeing.

“Many of us are living longer but not always living healthier. We’re seeing an increase in conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, musculoskeletal problems, and mental health concerns,” explained Dr Suba M, Medical Director at Aviva UK Health.

They believe everyone has a responsibility to “look after our health but in today’s busy world, there are often other priorities, or we feel too tired and lack motivation. The Body Coach app gives our customers an easily accessible resource to help them adopt healthy behaviours which could help improve their future wellbeing.”
