7. CIExpert launch new Insight Zone Dashboard to support advisers' awareness of market trends
CIExpert launched its Insight Zone Dashboard earlier in the year, a move that attracted attention for how it consolidated protection market intelligence into a single, adviser focused view. The dashboard brought together its existing Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection Insight Zones, aiming to reduce the time advisers spent navigating multiple insurer websites while improving understanding of product changes and market developments.
The new dashboard introduced a central hub for product news, industry claims data, campaign information and a growing library of educational resources, shaped by adviser feedback and CIExpert’s Critical Thinking research. As well as this, the firm introduced a dedicated learning and resources area supported continuous professional development, encouraging advisers to question established norms and explore alternative approaches that better met customer needs.
